The other day (01/31/2024) I was watching excerpts on FOX News about the Senate Judiciary Committee on protecting children from exploitation online. The solution, that was not discussed much during the hearing, was really to pass the “Kids Online Safety Act.” And there was no discussion about how it might be implemented: because they really don’t want you to understand what their solution would mean. So "somehow" these Globalist Federal Senators want to prevent children, under 13, from harmful information and exploitation online. While those are laudable goals it sent off alarm bells in my head. You see my career was that of a Systems Analyst and thankfully I'm now retired. Much of my career involved setting up applications that were driven by databases (e.g., tables). During my career I was the Systems Analyst for Henry Ford Hospitals Operating Room Management Information System (ORMIS) which collected patient surgical information for both billing, data queries and other purposes. ORMIS collected data on the Main Campus Operating Facility as well as five other satellite outpatient surgical centers. It was instrumental in generating hundreds of millions of dollars annually. It was also a very sensitive job as I had direct access to every patients sensitive medical information.

So why did these hearings send alarm bells off in my head? Because the only way KOSA could be achieved is to create a database of all the billions of internet users -- both children and adults. How else could you determine whether a internet user was of a certain age if you didn't have a record for each user -- regardless of their age. To achieve that goal you would have to set up a database (e.g., table) and minimally require a unique ID for every user along with their birthdate and other data elements. But of course the Globalist FOX News segments, on the hearing, didn't bother to discuss that.

Think of a simple table containing the following fields for virtually every human on planet Earth.

* Unique ID

* First Name

* Last Name

* Date of Birth

Perhaps that seems harmless to you so far. Right? Wrongo! Nope it actually quite dangerous.

It is really just the foundation for yet another form of intrusive surveillance that the WEF, UN, WHO etc. have been trying to push for years now: Digital IDs and Digital Currencies. And it is also driven by the same sort of database table that would be implemented should the globalists institute a global digital currency or digital ID. China has already implemented a digital ID, is quickly moving toward a Digital Currency, and is using this data to control their populations through their Social Credit System. And at the center of all of this is a database table containing every citizens name, birthdate and a unique ID for every citizen as well as their credit score.

So here is my fundamental problem with KOSA. Beyond the cost of implementing such a program it could easily be modified to contain extra data elements (e.g., rows, data elements) such as "credit score," "gun ownership status" etc.

* Unique ID

* First Name

* Last Name

* Date of Birth

* Credit Score

* Gun Ownership Status

* Account Suspension Status

These last three data elements could be updated, in real time, from external databases. And once they have this enhanced table of information the fun begins. At this point they could suspend your entire account if you do something the globalists don't want you to do: buy a gun, attend a demonstration etc. If KOSA became the foundation for a digital ID or digital currency they could cut off access to your digital wallet.

So back to the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing

During the hearing the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) was mentioned 6 times and the Cooper Davis Act was mentioned at least once. At no time, during the hearing, did they discuss that KOLA would require a new form of Digital ID or that the Cooper Davis Act would get rid of privacy by gutting the use of encryption. In fact if you research KOLA it does not explicitly state that it would require the creation of a Digital ID to use the internet, regardless if you are a child or adult. But as a Systems Analyst I'm just saying: it would be required. They also said nothing of all the groups that oppose KOLA over privacy and First Amendment Rights concerns.

What is even more concerning is that there is bipartisan support to legislate KOSA into law. 92 percent of Democrats, 84 percent of Republicans, and 81 percent of independents in favor of it. KOSA could very well pass.

Support for the Kids Online Safety Act crosses partisan lines, with 92 percent of Democrats, 84 percent of Republicans, and 81 percent of independents in favor of it. Evan Greer, director of Fight for the Future, a human rights advocacy group said: “People have been using the idea of protecting children as the justification for authoritarian policies that actually hurt children for decades. KOSA is not a privacy bill, it’s a censorship bill.” More than 100 human rights and LGBTQ groups have condemned the bill, saying it would endanger minors, especially LGBTQ youth. There’s been plenty of bad news regarding federal legislation in 2023. For starters, Congress has failed to pass meaningful comprehensive data privacy reforms. Instead, legislators have spent an enormous amount of energy pushing dangerous legislation that’s intended to limit young people’s use of some of the most popular sites and apps, all under the guise of protecting kids. Unfortunately, many of these bills would run roughshod over the rights of young people and adults in the process. We spent much of the year fighting these dangerous “child safety” bills, while also pointing out to legislators that comprehensive data privacy legislation would be more likely to pass constitutional muster and address many of the issues that these child safety bills focus on.

The biggest danger has come from the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA). Originally introduced in 2022, it was reintroduced this year and amended several times, and as of today, has 46 co-sponsors in the Senate. As soon as it was reintroduced, we fought back, because KOSA is fundamentally a censorship bill. The heart of the bill is a “Duty of Care” that the government will force on a huge number of websites, apps, social networks, messaging forums, and online video games. KOSA will compel even the smallest online forums to take action against content that politicians believe will cause minors “anxiety,” “depression,” or encourage substance abuse, among other behaviors. Of course, almost any content could easily fit into these categories—in particular, truthful news about what’s going on in the world, including wars, gun violence, and climate change. Kids don’t need to fall into a wormhole of internet content to get anxious; they could see a newspaper on the breakfast table.

Fortunately, so many people oppose KOSA that it never made it to the Senate floor for a full vote.

KOSA will empower every state’s attorney general as well as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to file lawsuits against websites or apps that the government believes are failing to “prevent or mitigate” the list of bad things that could influence kids online. Platforms affected by KOSA would likely find it impossible to filter out this type of “harmful” content, though they would likely try. Online services that want to host serious discussions about mental health issues, sexuality, gender identity, substance abuse, or a host of other issues, will all have to beg minors to leave, and institute age verification tools to ensure that it happens. Age verification systems are surveillance systems that threaten everyone’s privacy. Mandatory age verification, and with it, mandatory identity verification, is the wrong approach to protecting young people online.

* Requires that social media platforms provide minors with options to protect their information, disable addictive product features, and opt out of algorithmic recommendations. Platforms would be required to enable the strongest settings by default;

* Gives parents new controls to help support their children and identify harmful behaviors, and provides parents and children with a dedicated channel to report harms to kids to the platform;

* Creates a responsibility for social media platforms to prevent and mitigate harms to minors, such as promotion of suicide, eating disorders, substance abuse, sexual exploitation, and unlawful products for minors (e.g. gambling and alcohol);

* Requires social media platforms to perform an annual independent audit that assesses the risks to minors, their compliance with this legislation, and whether the platform is taking meaningful steps to prevent those harms; and

All these Senators, supporting KOSA, can go fuck themselves, and every one of them should be voted out of Congress as soon as possible. All of them are supporting the globalist agenda and not a word from Globalist Corporate Media (MSNBC, CNN, FOX news etc.).

Concluding Remarks

It seems to me that most of our federal representatives take us for fools. They think we are too stupid to understand what they are really pushing to implement: global central control of all of our activities. Globalist Corporate Media (GCM) -- MSNBC, CNN, FOX -- play a central role by refusing to even discuss the fact that Biden is pushing for both a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) and the WHO Pandemic Treaty, which is to be voted on in May 2024. To be forewarned is to be forearmed. And by maintaining a "news blackout" on these very serious topics the American and World population is being led like lambs to the slaughter.

This is why I've been pushing the Put People First (PPF) agenda since 2019. We must not allow this globalist infrastructure to be implemented.
