As an Anti-globalist I have been writing about the coming New World Order for 36 years now. And in my writings I have repeatedly said that the greatest shortcoming of humanity was to underestimate the evil of our rulers for subjugating the will and needs of the people. The last four years of the Biden administration is a perfect illustration. Since Biden came into office the cost of everything from energy to food has gone up at least 20% due to the Inflation Reduction Act which ironically has fueled much of the inflation. To put it another way Biden's policies have robbed the American People of 20% of their wages and investments in less than four years. Then he has allowed over 20 million Illegal Aliens to invade our country putting incredible stress on our cities, hospitals, schools and other institutions. In my last essay I wrote about how his policies have effected Springfield, OH where 20 thousands Haitians had been clandestinely imported into a city with a population of just 58 thousand. In past years I have also written about the use of geoengineering to push people out of rural communities into Smart Cities which is most definitely part of the larger globalist agenda. This has happened through the Camp and Paradise fires in California. It has happened in Lahaina, Hawaii. And now it is happening in the wake of Hurricane Helena in cities along the East Coast, such as Asheville, North Carolina. For years I was somewhat agnostic about the use of Geoengineering (Directed Energy Weapons, Chemtrails, HAARP, Nexrad) to wage silent wars on human populations. I am no longer agnostic on the subject. I'm now quite certain that Geoengineering is happening and with increasing frequency: not just in the United States but throughout the planet. If Geoengineering was used to avert hurricanes, tornados and other natural phenomenon I might support it. But as I will make crystal clear it is being used by Global Oligarch's as a form of disaster capitalism fully intent on subjugating the global population to a state of 21st century feudalism. In a just world these Global Oligarchs would be brought before a Nuremburg Court where they would be prosecuted and imprisoned for life. Sadly we don't live in a just world.

Hurricane Helene made landfall on September 26 and proceeded to move inland during the next few days. Asheville, NC, was probably the most devastated city and the Biden-Harris administration twiddled their thumbs for days before taking any action. Recently the news broke that the state of Arizona had nearly 100,000 non confirmed citizens on its voter rolls due what they’re claiming was a “glitch.” But a leaked audio recording of a phone call revealed that when this story broke, the Democrats in charge of the state were SCRAMBLING to try and bury the truth. On the afternoon of October 13, 1947, an Air Force B-17 aircraft penetrated a hurricane 415 miles (667 km) east of Jacksonville and dumped several pounds of crushed dry ice into the storm, just to see what would happen. This was the first attempt to modify a tropical cyclone by seeding it with freezing nuclei. It was almost the last.

The previous year, Vincent Schaefer working at General Electric (GE) Laboratories discovered that by introducing dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) into an environment with supercooled water (water that was colder than 32°F [0°C] but had not yet frozen) he could induce the water to freeze into ice. He realized that this could be done in the free atmosphere and could spur microphysical reactions that would alter clouds and precipitation. At his urging, GE Labs reached an agreement with the the Naval Research Laboratory and Army Signal Corps (dubbed Project Cirrus) to carry out experiments where Air Force aircraft would ‘seed’ clouds and fog with dry ice to see what changes occurred. It wasn’t long before plans were made to try a seeding experiment in a hurricane.

However, it wasn’t until late in the following hurricane season that Air Force planes and Navy personnel became available to carry out the mission. On Oct. 12th, a hurricane (designated “King” by the Air Force Hurricane Office) moved northeastward over Florida, dumping tropical downpours on the southern end which caused damaging flooding that persisted for days. The next day the storm moved off the coast and continued out to sea. This seemed an ideal case for Project Cirrus, as the hurricane was no longer interacting with land and should not affect anyone after the experiment. That afternoon, two B-17s and a B-29 left Mobile, AL and flew eastward to intercept the hurricane. The first bomber flew at cloud top level and did the seeding. Large chunks of dry ice were fed into a crusher on the plane and dumped from the belly into the clouds below. The second B-17 followed a half-mile behind and 3000 feet (900 m) above to document the cloud changes. The trailing B-26 was the control aircraft and carried Schaefer to monitor the changes and direct the other two planes. The aircraft lacked sophisticated homing gear, so it was decided not to penetrate the eye or heavy rainbands of the hurricane, but seed the outer clouds.

They first made a half-hour run over 100 miles (175 km) long dumping 80 pounds (36 kg) of ice along the way. They backtracked then to see what the clouds had done. Next they did two mass droppings of 50 pounds (23 kg) each into one large cumulus top and orbited the cloud to see any changes. They noticed that after the first run, the cloud deck below began to break up. After the second test, the cloud top continued to grow. Satisfied with their effort, the airplanes returned to base.

The scientists were eager to examine the storm the following day. However, when they flew to the predicted storm location, they had trouble locating the eye. After some hunting around, they found the hurricane center nearly 100 miles (160 km) west of where they expected it to be. To their astonishment, the hurricane had made a 135 degree left turn and was now moving due west. On top of that, it was strengthening! By the afternoon of the 15th, Hurricane King struck Savannah, GA. One person died in the storm surge and US$2 million in damage was done to Georgia and South Carolina.

The public was outraged that the scientists had caused the storm to swerve into Georgia and threats of lawsuits were thrown about. GE’s case was not helped when the head of its Laboratories, Dr. Irving Langmuir, issued a statement that he was “99% sure” the storm had changed course due to the seeding. Chief of the Weather Bureau, Dr. Francis Reichelderfer, thought differently and appointed three of his weathermen to find a case where a hurricane had followed a similar track but had not been seeded. The case was published, demonstrating that hurricanes could swerve like that without the used of dry ice, and the threats of lawsuits eventually evaporated.

But the public’s early enthusiasm for weather modification slackened. In an era when many science fiction movies featured mad scientists threatening world destruction (or worse) from their hubris, this event seemed to fit the trope. For many years after, no scientist dared mention ‘weather modification’ and ‘hurricane’ in the same sentence. Eleven years later, the National Hurricane Research Project carried out very modest seeding equipment tests in a hurricane, but kept things on the “down low” until they were sure the storm wasn’t going to pull a swerve on them. It wasn’t until 1962 that the U.S. Weather Bureau and Department of Defense reached a formal agreement to carry out Project STORMFURY, and attempted to seed hurricanes again.

In summary they dumped 80 pounds of dry ice into the Hurricane which possibly caused the hurricane to veer westward hitting Savannah, GA. Whether there was direct cause and effect is up for debate.

Concluding Remarks

When Biden ran for president in 2019 I tried to warn the American People that his "Build, Back, Better" slogan was the same slogan used by the globalist World Economic Forum. It should now be obvious that my warning was accurate. In September 2021 he forced over 100 million to get the mRNA injection or lose their jobs. Since then reports have surfaced showing that 17 million, worldwide, died from the untested mRNA injection. Globalist Corporate Media (MSNBC, CNN, FOX) refuse to talk about it to this day. Then we had the train derailment in East Palestine (OH), the engineered burning of Lahaina (HI), the mass invasion of Springfield OH and most recently the engineered destruction from Hurricane Helene. It should now be obvious that the Biden-Harris administration is carrying water for the broader Globalist Agenda, including implementation of a Digital Currency (CBDC).

Biden has repeatedly said that Trump is a threat to democracy. The truth is Biden is the biggest threat to democracy we have witnessed in US history. Democracy, after all, means "the people rule." Nothing could be further from the truth given the record of the Biden-Harris administration. I talk to people, all the time, saying if Harris fixes the election -- through illegal voting and other measures -- there will be a 2nd American Revolution in 2025. The areas most effected, in Western N. Carolina, could favor a Harris win in November

We have already addressed how the engineered destruction of Western N. Carolina would favor the Biden-Harris administration in securing more Lithium for their Green Agenda: transitioning from Internal Combustion Engines (ICE's) to Electric vehicles. It could well result in a Harris win in November. This is because 1) the effected areas will be undercounted as polling places and mail delivery (e.g., mail in ballots) would be disrupted and 2) the region effected, by the hurricane, are republican strongholds. This is also the case in the other states devastated by Helene: under voting will favor a Harris win in November. Given the razor thin margins, between republican/democrat votes, this could result in North Carolina's electoral votes going to the Democrats resulting in them getting the required 270 electoral votes.

This is because there are 480,097 registered Republican voters in the effect area and only 292,836 Democrat voters. You don't have to be Einstein to understand that this could result in the Democrats winning both N. Carolina AND the presidential election.

So a geoengineered Hurricane Helena would serve two important goals for the Biden-Harris administration:

1) To free up land for Lithium and Quartz production to provide batteries for EV's

2) To literally shift the electoral college, nationally, for a Harris win in November

* In the most recent Camp Fires (e.g., including Paradise) electricity company PG&G did not turn off the grid during the high winds. Because the Smart Meters were still working they could have been used by the DEWs to specifically target the homes.

The cost of Hurricanes in lives and tax dollars

Hurricane Helene is one of the costliest in US history. The cost for recovery is estimated between 95 to 110 Billion dollars. By the time the death toll is finalized it could be the 2nd or 3rd greatest catastrophes in US history. The deadliest hurricane in US history was in Galveston, TX, where between 8,000 to 12,000 died in 1900. The deadliest cyclone (e.g., hurricane) in world history occurred in Bangladesh, India, in 1737 where around 300,000 died. Sometimes, even without geoengineering, Mother Nature can be a real bitch.

Why are Weather Service Employees under "gag orders" to discuss the weather and organizational planning?

Earlier in the essay it was mentioned that Weather Service Employees are under "gag orders" to discuss things like organizational planning. Turns out this is true and may be used to stop them from discussing the geoengineering of the weather via Nexrad and other technologies. As Jeff Ruch observes: “Everyone is free to talk about the weather except for the people working inside the National Weather Service. Go figure.” Obviously this “gag order” needs to be rescinded.

National Weather Service employees face growing restrictions on their ability to disclose information about the inner workings of their agency, according to a complaint filed today by the National Weather Service Employees Organization (NWSEO) and Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER). They contend these gag orders are illegal and are pressing U.S. Special Counsel Carolyn Lerner to lift these nondisclosure policies and take action against responsible officials. A key provision of the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act of 2012 curbed the use of blanket nondisclosure policies or agreements, otherwise known as “gag orders,” implemented by federal agencies. The act lays out specific exceptions which must be included as a part of any such confidentiality directive. “The National Weather Service knows it’s unethical for union representatives to keep critical information from the employees they represent. By the very nature of a union, we are bound to communicate with our members and include their input on decisions affecting their jobs,” said NWSEO Executive Vice President Bill Hopkins. “As a taxpayer, I find it highly disturbing that a government agency continues to push gag orders to hide how they operate. This is the work of the American government, owned by the American public, and should be open to the American public.” The complaint cites three gag orders issued in recent weeks by the National Weather Service and its parent agencies, the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration and the Department of Commerce. These orders forbid disclosure of information arising out of:

* Organizational planning. This confidentiality order forbids disclosure of anything about the Weather Service Organization Workforce Analysis, which has the effect of muzzling any revelations about agency planning and the rationale for planned actions;

* Grievance settlements. In July, the Commerce General Counsel instituted a policy that any settlement of grievances must include a nondisclosure clause. While it has an exception for “whistleblower cases” that exception comes nowhere close to meeting requirements of the WPEA and would block release of grievances involving actions by agency managers that constitute violations of law or regulation, waste of funds, mismanagement or abuse of authority; and

* Collective Bargaining. The National Weather Service has just added a confidentiality clause to its ground rules for Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations which requires that all information about the CBA bargaining process must be held “confidential.”

“The National Weather Service is about the last place where national security-style secrecy rules need to be enforced,” stated PEER Executive Director Jeff Ruch, noting that the broad scope of the gag orders put much of what goes on inside the agency under wraps. “Everyone is free to talk about the weather except for the people working inside the National Weather Service.
