Vice President Kamala Harris said in 2021: “If the goal is truly about equality, it has to be about a goal of saying everybody should end up in the same place. And since we didn’t start in the same place, some folks might need more—equitable distribution.” There it is, progressivism in a nutshell.
Actions speak loudly. Ms. Harris co-sponsored Bernie Sanders’s 2017 Medicare for All Act, co-sponsored the Green New Deal and was the tie-breaking vote for the Inflation Reduction Act to spend gobs on green gravy. I almost feel sorry for my center-left friends who’ve been mugged by a progressive agenda. My question: Can the economy handle four more years of progressive power?
• Price controls. Candidate Harris wants to end grocery “price gouging,” a classic misdirection to shift blame for the Biden-Harris spending-induced 9% inflation. The first sign of economic illiteracy is price controls, then tariffs, money multipliers and all things Keynes. Stripped of price signals, markets lose their compass. Soviet supermarkets had price controls and bare shelves. Wage and price controls don’t work.
• Never-ending spending. The progressive plank has pushed housing subsidies, child tax credits and startup loans that will never be paid back (90% of startups fail). How will this be paid for? It doesn’t matter, to spend is to tax. Ms. Harris proposes to extend Medicare’s $2,000 cap on drug spending to everyone—a gateway drug, pardon the pun, to Medicare for all and socialized medicine. Don’t fall for it.
Harris and Trump offer vastly different tax ideas
• Taxes up. Progressives are gunning for your hard-earned money. Their proposed highest tax rate is 39.6% from 37%. Add roughly 13.3% in California and if you do well, you’re working for the man. Corporate tax rates are to rise to 28% from 21%. They should be 15%. Taxes on realized long-term capital-gains could rise to 28% plus another 5% tax on net investment income for ObamaCare, from 20% plus 3.8%. Remember, Silicon Valley blossomed with a 20% rate—more money for entrepreneurs than government. Progressives even want to tax unrealized gains for those making over $100 million. Doesn’t affect you? Just wait. In 1913 the top income-tax rate was 7% on incomes over $500,000 (about $11 million today).
• Innovation down. High capital-gains rates hurt capital formation. Innovation might still happen but much slower with less capital for growth. Artificial intelligence isn’t cheap. Stock markets don’t like inflation or the heavy hand of government. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 3.6% for the entire decade of the 1970s.
• Heavier regulation. The U.S. has 440 federal agencies that mangle favored industries like autos. More agencies may be coming as progressives are gung-ho on regulating AI. Red tape is classic progressive project poison. Tim Walz, whom former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty called “Bernie Sanders in hunting gear,” declared that Minnesota’s Line 3 oil pipeline needed a “social permit.” Surgeon General Vivek H. Murthy called for warning labels on social media. This is the kind of progressive pointlessness that kills innovation. Want warning labels? Slap one on K-12 education.
• Federal housing control. Ms. Harris wants to add three million new homes. Does this mean blocky Soviet-style housing for everyone? There’s already a glut of homes, especially in the South. This is a progressive power grab to take away local zoning control. Ask Californians about mandatory Accessory Dwelling Units to expand housing—especially low-income housing—in neighborhoods and near train stations. The state decides, not local zoning laws.
• Unity with unions. Progressives are pro-union. Instead of “do more with less” it’s “do less with more workers at higher pay.” Then consumers pay more. The International Longshoremen’s Association fights automation and even fought bar codes in ports. Union bosses love progressives—though it’s interesting that the rank and file of the Teamsters are increasingly fed up with progressive policies.
To progressives, you’re just a vote. They’ll promise you anything—housing, healthcare—but deliver a collective. They take your money and run, which invites corruption—certainly incompetence. This is why progressivism always fails.
Progressives say they’re capitalists, but there’s always what I call the “Big But.” Joe Biden: “I’m a capitalist. But just pay your fair share.” Barack Obama: “I’m a capitalist.” But . . . an “area we need to look at is how much of our healthcare spending is going toward the record-breaking profits earned by the drug and healthcare industry.” Kamala Harris in Pittsburgh last month: “I’m a capitalist.” We got an “At the same time” instead of “but,” and then “I believe an active partnership between government and the private sector is one of the most effective ways to fully unlock economic opportunity.” No, it isn’t. Can we handle four more years of progressive control? Maybe, but watch your wallet.

This election remains extremely close, but Donald Trump has been gaining ground. One of my pet peeves is with the idea that this is Kamala Harris’s election to lose. I could articulate some critiques of her campaign, but if you study the factors that have historically determined elections, you'll see that she’s battling difficult circumstances.
So, today’s newsletter simply aims to provide a laundry list of factors that favor Trump, with many links to evidence in previous Silver Bulletin posts and elsewhere. These are in no particular order.
* Harris is the favorite to win the popular vote, but the Electoral College bias favors Republicans by about 2 percentage points. In an era of intense partisanship and close elections, this is inherently difficult for Democrats to overcome.
* Inflation hit a peak of 9.1 percentage points in June 2022. It has abated now, but prices remain much higher than when Joe Biden took office, and voters are historically highly sensitive to inflation. Democrats can also plausibly be blamed for it given intensive increases in government spending during COVID recovery efforts.
* Though the reasons for this are much debated, voter perceptions about the economy lag substantially behind objective data, and growth in take-home income has been sluggish for many years for the working class amid rising corporate profits.
* Incumbent parties worldwide are doing very poorly, and the historical incumbency advantage has diminished to the point where it may now be an incumbency handicap instead given perpetually negative perceptions about the direction of the country.
* Populism is often a highly effective strategy, and many Trump voters are indeed “deplorable” in the Hillary Clinton sense of the term.
* Illegal/unauthorized immigration increased substantially during the first few years of the Biden/Harris administration amid a rising global backlash to immigration.
* Harris ran far to her left in 2019, adopting many unpopular positions, and doesn’t really have a viable strategy for explaining her changing stances.
* The cultural vibes are shifting to the right, and the left continues to pay a price for the excesses of 2020 on COVID, crime, “wokeness,” and other issues.
* Voters have nostalgia for the relatively strong economic performance in the first three years of Trump’s term and associate the problems of 2020 with Democrats, even though they weren’t in charge at the time.
* Democrats’ dominance among Black voters and other racial and ethnic minority groups is slipping. It may be unfortunate timing: the memory of the Civil Rights Era is fading. Educational polarization, which implies deteriorating Democratic performance among working-class voters of all races, may also be coming to dominate other factors. It’s possible this works out well for Democrats if Harris makes corresponding gains among white voters, who pack more leverage in the Electoral College, but there’s no guarantee.
* Many men, especially young men, feel lost amidst declining college enrollment, contributing to a rightward shift and a growing gender gap.
* Biden sought to be president until he was 86. Voters had extremely reasonable objections to this, and it neuters what should have been one of Harris’s best issues about Trump’s age and cognitive fitness.Share
* Harris also got a late start to her race, inheriting most of the staff from the poorly-run Biden campaign. She’s proven to be a good candidate in many respects, but it’s always a big leapwhen the understudy is suddenly thrust into the spotlight.
* Harris is seeking to become the first woman president. In the only previous attempt, undecideds broke heavily against Hillary Clinton, and she underperformed her polls.
* Trust in media continues to fall to abysmal levels. One can debate how to attribute blame for this between longstanding conservative efforts to discredit the media, a secular decline in trust in institutions, and various overreaching and hypocrisy in the press. But it’s hard for even legitimate Trump critiques to penetrate the mass public. Trump’s conviction on a series of felony charges hardly made any difference, for instance.
* Trump has traits of a classic con man, but con artistry is often effective, and Trump is skilled at convincing voters that he’s on their side even if his election would not be in their best interest. Furthermore, Trump presents Democrats with a Three Stooges Syndrome problem: a range of plausible attacks so vast that they tend to cancel one another out.
* Democrats’ college-educated consultant class has poor instincts for how to appeal to the mass public, while Trump has done more to cultivate support among “weird” marginal voting groups.
* Democrats’ argument that Trump is a critical threat to democracy is valid and important, given January 6 and Trump’s broad disrespect for the rule of law. But it’s a tough sell: ultimately, January 6 was a near-miss — it could very, very easily have been much, much worse — and Democrats hold the White House, the Senate, and many key governorships now. It isn’t intuitive to voters that democracy is threatened and Democrats may have staked too many chips on this line of attack.
* Foreign policy might not matter much to voters, but the world has become more unstable under Biden’s tenure. There has been a decline in democracy worldwide and an increase in interstate conflict, crises in the Middle East and Ukraine, deteriorating US-China relations, increasing immigration flows because of global instability, and a pullout from Afghanistan that negatively impacted Biden’s popularity.
* The Israel-Hamas war split the Democratic base in a way no comparable issue has split the GOP base.
* There are more left-leaning third-party candidates than right-leaning ones, and the former leading third-party candidate (RFK Jr.) endorsed Trump and undermined Harris’s post-convention momentum.
* The richest man in the world, Elon Musk, has become a huge Trump stanand is doing everything in his power to tip the election to him. Twitter/X remains an influential platform among journalists but has shifted far to the right. Elon and Silicon Valley have also created a permission structure for other wealthy elites to advocate for Trump explicitly and provided a new base of money and cultural influence.
* Trump was very nearly killed in an assassination attempt, and then there was a second one against him. The first attempt was closely correlated with an increase in favorability ratings for Trump, and polling shows he’s considerably more popular and sympathetic than in 2016 or 2020.
* Harris has been running on vibes and has failed to articulate a clear vision for the country. It might have been a good strategy if the “fundamentals” favored her, but they don’t.

So I was not the least bit surprised that Logansport, Indiana, was the latest casualty in the Illegal Alien invasion. During the 1990's I had spoken there, 3 times, at the “Greenwave festivals” that centered around legalizing Marijuana (e.g., Cannabis). Just like Springfield 11,000 Haitian Illegal Aliens have been dumped there by the Biden-Harris administration in the past 4 years. The Biden-Harris administration’s weaponization of illegal migration through an open border policy is successfully overwhelming many American towns. Aside from threatening the safety of Americans, the crowding of small towns by illegal aliens is damaging the education of American children. On Monday (October 21), the New York Post reported that the small city of Logansport in Indiana is getting swamped with illegal aliens from Haiti and dozens of other countries. This has raised safety concerns among the residents of the once peaceful town while the local children are dropping out of public schools due to migrant children burdening the resources. While the exact number of the Biden-Harris aliens arriving in Logansport is not available, the Cass County Health Department placed the estimated number of recent migrants at around 11,000; the entire county’s population in 2020 was determined to be 38,000 people. NYP wrote: What’s clear is that the number of Haitian immigrant students in the Logansport schools has increased 15-fold, from 14 in 2021 to 207 this year.
Logansport resident Nancy Baker, a mother of two, told the paper that the school administration has been directing more attention to the migrant children since these kids don’t speak English. Baker, disappointed and angry, told that this policy has caused local students to fall behind. Baker’s own daughter dropped out of the town’s high school because the teachers had no time for her or other English-speaking students. Baker has also said that her daughter has been harassed by groups of migrant kids while walking outside. Another town resident, also a mother, has complained that Haitian migrants stare into her house from across the street. She also witnessed the migrants holding phones at her home as if recording with their phone cameras. In 2017, the non-profit Negative Population Growth (NPG) published a report on the impact of immigration on America’s public schools. Its findings are no different from what is affecting the education of Logansport’s children. The report wrote:
One of the most direct consequences of having many immigrant children in the classroom might be that the teacher’s attention and time are diverted from the native children. Since immigrant children typically have a poorer command of the host country language, the teacher may need to spend more class time providing individual assistance.
Last year, the organization Education Week reported that the Biden-Harris administration notified schools and families that immigrant children and youth have the right to free public education, regardless of their immigration status. The Dallas Morning News wrote on Tuesday (October 22) that advocates of free public education for migrant children fear that if Donald Trump wins the presidency in November 2024, conservatives may fight this right of illegal migrants that liberals have so far successfully enforced across the country.

Also favoring Trump is the fact that Blacks and Hispanics are disillusioned with the Democrat Party and increasingly voting republican. That trend accelerated during the Biden administration though the democrats still hold majorities among blacks and Hispanics.
Harris continues to be ahead on the abortion issue. Personally I support bodily autonomy when it comes to both abortion and the inalienable right to refuse medicines such as the mRNA injection. To this day I never understood why the Supreme Court overturned Roe V Wade in 2022 with the Dodd Decision. Had they not done it the Republicans would have secured majorities in both houses. Instead we ended up with a Democrat majority in the Senate and a razor thin Republican majority in the House. In a normal election a failing economy should be a death knell for the incumbent candidate yet the various polls show Trump and Harris virtually tied. How can that be when the Biden-Harris overspending policies (e.g., the Green New Deal etc.) have resulted in over 20% inflation for all essentials: food, clothing, gas, energy? How could any voter support another 4 years of these policies?
Then there is the issue of immigration. Nearly two thirds (62%) of the American People support Trumps policy of mass deportation, which is a historic high. Sure looks like they are preparing to steal the election to me. In the next section I will enumerate additional examples where democrat controlled states are paving the way to steal the election and allow Illegal Aliens to vote. With such a close election it only requires a few thousand votes to secure the electoral votes for a given state.

J. Christian Adams is an expert on voter fraud and exposes 4 elements that contribute to Illegal Aliens getting on the voting rolls. He notes that beginning with the Obama administration cleaning up the voter roles was basically suspended which continues through the Biden-Harris administration. Worse yet the government is adding non-citizens to the voting roles without their knowledge and opens the door to illegal voting by non-citizens. This is obviously willful neglect: the democrats want Illegal Aliens to vote. At the same time the federal government is not cooperating with states that want to use the SAVE databases to clean the voting rolls of ineligible voters. Finally once the vote is finalized the courts rule that the states have no standing when they allege that illegal voting resulted in a fraudulent election. So the claims are never investigated and the fraudulent election succeeds.

In my organization’s years of study, we’ve identified four core elements which lead to greater than expected numbers of foreign registrants across the nation.
Element 1: When a state with a significant inflow of legal immigrants absorbs them into faulty Motor Voter processes, widespread registration happens. We saw this most dramatically across Pennsylvania in 2017 where every DMV customer was offered voting prompts for an estimated two decades. Even worse, foreign language customers were often screened in different written languages than ones they spoke, increasing the numbers of foreign voter registrations.
Element 2: When states do not, or, are prevented from investigating prior claims of eligible citizenship, foreign nationals are left to fill the rolls. This not only harms voter confidence but promises substantial legal problems for immigrants in the future. In previous years, states like Florida1 and Texas2 have been disrupted in the courts from trying to study indications of foreign citizenship among existing registrants.
Element 3: When election officials do not carefully review voter applications, foreigners get registered. The federal form requires an attestation of U.S. citizenship via checkbox. After thirty years of Motor Voter, we can conclusively say the check box honor system has failed. Unfortunately, my organization has found3 in California, Florida, Texas, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and others where applicants admitted they weren’t U.S. citizens and were still registered. We refer to these foreign registrants as “Checkbox Nos.” Litigation that the Public Interest Legal Foundation has brought has revealed disturbing numbers of “Checkbox No” registrations across the country. Election officials are dropping the ball.
Element 4: A lack of uniform transparency into foreign voting records. Secrecy preserves bad practices and fosters conspiratorial concerns. My organization has spent the last decade engaging in litigation to demonstrate our federal rights to review these alien registration records and share our insights with the public. Today, we are in court against Alameda County, California5 , and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to assert our inspection rights over these kinds of records. That the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania continues to try to evade transparency under Motor Voter obligations is a disgrace. Governor Josh Shapiro should direct his state election officials to open the records to the extent of the alien voting problem in the state instead of attacking an adverse summary judgment PILF obtained in the United States District Court and that Shapiro’s administration is now appealing to the Third Circuit. Hiding records destroys confidence in the elections. We’ve already won similar cases before the U.S. Fourth Circuit and the Southern District of Texas.

After reviewing the Qualified Voter File (QVF) of votes actually cast as of yesterday, Oct 29, 2024, the database identifies 114,545 Michigan voters who have cast 279,113 ballots from multiple addresses across the state. This results in 164,568 excess ballots as of 10/29/2024. I imagine that there could be a valid explanation for what is going on in Michigan right now. It seems like requiring Voter IDs is not a solution to our lack of election integrity. In one case a single voter (identified by voter ID) recieved 29 ballots and voted 29 times in 2024 election.

A Chinese national studying at the University of Michigan is facing serious charges after officials say he voted this past weekend in the battleground state. Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Washtenaw County Prosecutor Eli Savit announced the charges against the student on Wednesday. They did not name the student. Reporting from the Detroit News, part of the USA TODAY Network, identified the student as a 19-year-old from China who is legally in the U.S. but isn't a citizen, and therefore ineligible to cast a ballot. The voter registered to vote on Sunday using his identification from the University of Michigan signed a document identifying himself as a U.S. citizen and his ballot was entered into a tabulator, the Michigan Secretary of State’s Office told the Detroit News. "We’re grateful for the swift action of the clerk in this case, who took the appropriate steps and referred the case to law enforcement," according to a joint statement from Benson and Savit. The vote was cast at an early-voting site at the University of Michigan and is expected to still count even though it was illegally cast. That is because there is no way for election officials to retrieve it once it's been put through a tabulator, which is done so ballots cannot be traced to an individual voter.

In a recent revelation, Heather Adams, the District Attorney of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, unveiled what seems to be a significant voter fraud operation. The Republican DA shared this information during a press briefing, stating that the county's chief clerk of elections and registrar of voter registration, Christa Miller, had alerted her to suspicious voter registration applications. As reported by The Blaze, Ray D'Agostino, the chairman of the Lancaster County Board of Elections, confirmed that two separate batches of applications, totaling approximately 2,500, were suspiciously dropped off near the county's elections office around the deadline. The DA's office, while processing these forms into the Statewide Uniform Registry, noticed several anomalies. "Staff noticed that numerous applications appeared to have the same handwriting, were filled out on the same day with unknown signatures, and some were previously registered voters and the signatures on file did not match the signatures on the applications," Adams stated. The investigation thus far has revealed indications of fraudulent activity in about 60% of the registrations. The irregularities ranged from incorrect addresses on the applications to false personal identifying information, including fake names, and discrepancies between Social Security information and names. A shocking scene reportedly unfolded at a satellite election office in South Park Ice Rink in Bethel Park, PA, where early voters, who had been waiting for hours, witnessed ‘vanloads’ of ‘non-English-speaking citizens’ allegedly escorted to the front by “translators” to cast their ballots. Concluding Remarks
Hopefully my concerns about a stolen election will turn out to be false and Trump will win in November. We will find out on November 5th, 2024. But there is no doubt that the irregularities I have uncovered could very well steal the election for Kamala Harris and allow their globalist agenda to continue. But unlike 2020 I don't think a Harris win will be seen as legitimate and it could lead to a 2nd American Revolution. I have talked to many people that are saying exactly that.
Regardless of the outcome it is clear that our Federal election system is flawed and is in need of reform. I would go beyond the SAVE Act and verify the legal status of all voters throughout the United States. I would remove all of those ineligible or deceased. I would also insure that only one ballot would be allowed for each voter ID which is supposed to represent one voter. In Michigan one voter, with one voter ID, was allowed to turn in 29 ballots. That should never happen. It is a sad fact that the federal government has already denied states to access the SAVE program in order to remove ineligible voters. I would also get rid of all electronic voting machines (e.g., Dominion voting machines) and exclusively rely on paper ballot. This should not be a bipartisan issue.
Finally there is the globalist agenda: digital ID, digital currency, censorship of free speech, forced transition to EV's etc. I don't entirely trust Trump but Biden, Harris and the Democrat party are hard core globalists and they support all of these policies. The Open Border's policy, of the Biden-Harris administration, is also being pushed by the UN, WEF, WHO and other globalist organizations.
So if you've got the guts read the following summary of my "Put People First Agenda" and sign the petition. Few will sign it because it requires you include your address in order to send it to your federal and state representatives. Everybody seems to like the agenda but only a few hundred have signed it. In my version of the Garden of Eden one should always be encouraged to eat from the tree of knowledge but should never meddle with the tree of life as that is above the pay grade of ANY human: past, present or future. Our globalist corporations have obviously ignored this warning as GMO farming began/expanded in the early 1990's. Using CRISPR and other cutting edge technologies they have meddled with the tree of life: terminator seeds, plants that produce insecticides (which we eat), spraying plants with Glyphosate etc. Already it is clear these technologies are causing harm to human health. Then we have fluoride in the water supply, endocrine disruptors, PFAS chemicals etc., in or food and water. None of this makes sense and represents a willful refusal to consider what our collective knowledge (e.g., the tree of knowledge) should be telling us about the harm these substances unleash on the human population. But is goes on unabated because global corporations can profit in the short run.
Then came the Plandemic and the mRNA vaccines the did not prevent infection/transmission but did cause considerable harm and death. Worse yet there is growing evidence that these mRNA injections may actually be modifying our DNA and the consequences are just beginning to be understood. Of course this has all been ignored by globalist corporate media. And over the past year I have read numerous papers about self assembly nanobots within the vaccines and much more. I've yet to write about this subject as, at first, I was a skeptic. But perhaps it is time to cover the subject because there is plenty of evidence/papers etc. which suggest the globalists want to use mRNA concoctions in conjunction with 5G EMF radiation to control our moods and literally allow the government to get inside our heads. And thanks to the author for detailing the programs that are already underway.
It is now obvious that the WEF, UN, WHO etc. want full control of humanity. They aren't even shy about their plans: a Great Reset where you will own nothing (and really won't be happy at all). And it is all spelled out in Agenda21, Agenda2030, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's). They have very complex plans to exert control of every human on planet Earth. Their goal is a fully controlled global population -- which will relegate every human to the status of a slave on a globalist plantation.

Minor quibble: the plan isn't to let the illegals vote, the plan is to register them, and print ballots for them, but then to have Democrat operatives "harvest" the ballots, which they will of course have filled out themselves.
You can't find 500,000 "mail-in" votes at 3am for Harris if you don't have 500,000 registered voters on the rolls who can safely be relied upon (on threat of deportation) to not show up at the polls on election day.
