Overview: The larger globalist agenda

While the globalist agenda is multifaceted the two most concerning agendas are a Digital Currency and the WHO Plandemic Treaty which could be implemented, by vote, no later than June 1st, 2024. A digital currency would allow the government to scrutinize every purchase we make and could also demonetize the value of our money in the course of a day. Passage of the WHO Plandemic Treaty would allow the WHO to centrally dictate forced vaccinations, censorship and lockdowns globally. The bad news is that, despite the media blackout, Biden supports both of these agendas. What is even more troubling is that Biden has the ability sign on to the WHO Plandemic Treaty without any support by either House of Senate. So there is a good possibility that Biden could sign over US sovereignty, and our individual rights to bodily autonomy, no later than June 1st, 2024. That is why today's essay will focus on the WHO Pandemic Treaty.

Perhaps the first exposure, of how the globalists would take over the United States and the world, came from a speech by Welch, of the John Birch Society (JBS), back in 1958. During the 1960's most of us Hippies saw the JBS as a bunch of right wing nutbags. But it turns out that everything Welch was saying back in 1958 was nothing short of prophetic.

A part of globalists plan, to take over the world, is to induce the gradual surrender of American sovereignty piece by piece and step by step to various international organizations such as the UN, WEF and WHO. 9) A constant hammering into the American consciousness of the horror of modern warfare the beauties and the absolute necessity of peace peace always on communists terms.

10) The consequent willingness of the American people to allow the steps of appeasement by our government which amount to a piecemeal surrender of the rest of the free world and of the United States itself.

This "Great Taking" is really well underway as Biden's overspending has driven up inflation robbing the American people of over 20% of the value of their money. Recall that during the 2020 campaign, Biden promised that, if you made under $400 thousand/year your taxes would not go up a single penny. As a recent article states “the Ivermectin trials were designed to fail.” And the reason they were designed to fail I just stated above: the mRNA injection could not be approved for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) if other medicines were available to fight the virus.

The roles of Trump and Biden promoting the Plandemic

In February 2020 Trump approved Operation Warp Speed (to develop a mRNA injection to prevent infection/transmission of Covid) and then approved a nationwide lockdown in March 2020. I was one of the very few that voiced opposition to both of these policies as well as masking, and documents to prove you got jabbed etc. As a journalist and Medical researcher I was very concerned about the use of CRISPR technology, which was used to develop the mRNA injection. On that point alone we were looking at the largest human lab experiment in human history. In addition to that even conventional vaccines require years to test for safety and efficacy.

There is no doubt the lockdowns killed my 92 year old mother and millions of others living in retirement communities. Confined to her apartment she could no longer go down to the cafeteria, play Bingo, and participate in other activities. Due to this confinement her ability to walk quickly faded and she died two months later in May 2020 despite visiting her each and every day. The rate of her decline was shocking and sad.

I've always wondered how much money was saved in pension outlays, the termination of Social Security Checks and Medicare. The fact is that most of the deaths occurred in those over 65: in other words to retiree's receiving Pensions, Social Security and Medicare. Due to Operation Warp Speed the mRNA injections (not really a vaccine) began rolling out in the December: the last month of the Trump Administration. Also contributing to elderly deaths was the use of Remdesiver and intubation which killed nearly 50% of those exposed to this procedure. Remdesiver was approved by Fauci. Fauci was also instrumental in disapproving Ivermectin which may well have saved millions of lives.

Biden then became president just after the mRNA injection began to be mass produced in December 2020. In the early months he tried to encourage taking the mRNA injections promising that it would prevent infection/transmission. By June 2021 he began coercing workers -- whose companies received federal funding -- to get the injection. If the companies -- hospitals, government workers, universities etc. -- did not comply he threatened to cut off their federal subsidies. Like dumb sheep they universally complied. And the workers, many supporting families, really had no choice but to get jabbed.

The U.S. amendments delete a critical existing restriction in the regulations: “WHO shall consult with and attempt to obtain verification from the State Party in whose territory the event is allegedly occurring…” This enables the Director-General to declare health emergencies at will and can be used to justify ostracism and economic or financial actions against the targeted nation by other nations aligned with WHO or who wish to harm and control the accused nation.

The contents of the proposed amendments were not made public until April 12 2022,. The existing WHO regulations provide for an 18-month grace period during which a nation may withdraw its “yes” vote for amendments. However, the current proposed amendments would reduce that opportunity to six months. If the amendments are passed, a majority of the nations could change their individual votes and reverse the approval in the next months.

“Covid-19: Make It the Last Pandemic,” a report published by the United Nations in May 2021, claims that the “pandemic” would have been prevented if the WHO had been given more global authority. The report states, “In its current form, the WHO does not possess such powers …To move on with the treaty, WHO therefore needs to be empowered — financially, and politically… The treaty should possess an adaptable incentive regime, [including] sanctions such as public reprimands, economic sanctions, or denial of benefits.”

On Jan. 20, 2021, Joe Biden sent a letter to António Guterres, U.N.’s secretary-general and member of the Portuguese Socialist Party, retracting President Donald Trump’s withdrawal from the WHO. Biden also appointed Dr. Anthony Fauci, head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, to represent the United States on the WHO’s executive committee.

In March 2020, the WHO pushed democratic nations to implement lockdowns, mandates, vaccine passports, digital “health” surveillance, etc. In fact, the WHO has developed guidance and even technical specifications for member states to adopt “interoperable standards” for COVID-19 vaccine passports. Labeled “interim guidance,” the WHO’s latest release pushes new digital vaccine passports to be used on a global scale. The Biden administration is preparing to sign up the United States to a “legally binding” accord with the World Health Organization (WHO) that experts say would give the Geneva-based United Nations health agency the authority to dictate America’s policies during a pandemic.

Despite widespread criticism of the WHO’s response to the COVID pandemic, U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra joined with WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus in September 2022 to announce “the U.S.-WHO Strategic Dialogue.” Together, they developed a “platform to maximize the longstanding U.S.–WHO partnership, and to protect and promote the health of all people around the globe, including the American people.”

These discussions and others spawned the “zero draft” (pdf) of a pandemic treaty, published on Feb. 1, which now seeks ratification by all 194 WHO member states. A meeting of the WHO’s Intergovernmental Negotiating Body is scheduled for Feb. 27 to work out the final terms, which members will then sign.

Written under the banner of “the world together equitably,” the zero draft grants the WHO the power to declare and manage a global pandemic emergency. Once a health emergency is declared, all signatories, including the United States, would submit to the authority of the WHO regarding treatments, government regulations such as lockdowns and vaccine mandates, global supply chains, and monitoring and surveillance of populations.

The question of whether an international treaty has the power to dictate domestic policy without lawmakers’ approval is a contentious one. “Treaties don’t override our Constitution,” wrote Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) on Twitter on Feb. 27.

“If a treaty purports to supersede our Constitution, that treaty is unenforceable,” Massie wrote.

Centralized Pandemic Response

But others are wary of international agreements that could centralize authority or the response to pandemics.

“They want to see a centralized, vaccine-and-medication-based response, and a very restrictive response in terms of controlling populations,” David Bell, a public health physician and former WHO staffer specializing in epidemic policy, told The Epoch Times. “They get to decide what is a health emergency, and they are putting in place a surveillance mechanism that will ensure that there are potential emergencies to declare.”

The WHO pandemic treaty is part of a two-track effort, coinciding with an initiative by the World Health Assembly to create new global pandemic regulations that experts fear would also supersede the laws of member states. The World Health Assembly is the rule-making body of the WHO, comprised of representatives from the member states.

“Both [initiatives] are fatally dangerous,” Francis Boyle, professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law, told The Epoch Times. “Either one or both would set up a worldwide medical police state under the control of the WHO, and in particular WHO Director-General Tedros.

“If either one or both of these go through, Tedros or his successor will be able to issue orders that will go all the way down the pipe to your primary care physicians.”

Physician Meryl Nass told The Epoch Times: “If these rules go through as currently drafted, I, as a doctor, will be told what I am allowed to give a patient and what I am prohibited from giving a patient, whenever the WHO declares a public health emergency. So they can tell you you’re getting remdesivir, but you can’t have hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin. What they’re also saying is they believe in equity, which means everybody in the world gets vaccinated, whether or not you need it, whether or not you’re already immune.”

Regarding medical treatments, the accord would require member nations to “monitor and regulate against substandard and falsified pandemic-related products.” Based on previous WHO and Biden administration policy, this would likely include forcing populations to take newly developed vaccines, while preventing doctors from prescribing nonvaccine treatments or medicines.

Circumventing Senate, Constitution?

A key question surrounding the accord is whether the Biden administration can bind the United States to treaties and agreements without Senate consent, which is required under the Constitution. The zero draft concedes that, per international law, treaties between countries must be ratified by national legislatures, thus respecting the right of their citizens to consent.

However, the draft also includes a clause that the accord will go into effect on a “provisional” basis as soon as it’s signed by delegates to the WHO and would, therefore, be legally binding on members without being ratified by legislatures.

There are several U.S. Supreme Court decisions that may support the Biden administration’s position, according to Boyle. They include State of Missouri v. Holland, in which the Supreme Court ruled that treaties supersede state laws, while other decisions, such as United States v. Belmont, ruled that executive agreements without Senate consent can be legally binding, with the force of treaties.

There are parallels between the WHO pandemic accord and a recent Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) global tax agreement, which the Biden administration signed on to, although Republicans say has “no path forward” to legislative approval. In the OECD agreement, punitive terms are built in that allow foreign countries to punish American companies if the deal isn’t ratified by the United States.

As with the OECD tax agreement, administration officials are attempting to appeal to international organizations to impose policies that have been rejected by America’s voters. Under the U.S. Constitution, health care doesn’t fall under the authority of the federal government; it’s the domain of the states. The Biden administration found this to be an unwelcome impediment to its attempts to impose vaccine and mask mandates on Americans when courts ruled that federal agencies didn’t have the authority to do so, according to Boyle.

“To circumvent that, they went to the WHO, for either the regulations or the treaty, to get around domestic opposition,” Boyle said.

According to the zero draft, signatories would agree to “strengthen the capacity and performance of national regulatory authorities and increase the harmonization of regulatory requirements at the international and regional level.” They will also implement a “whole-of-government and whole-of-society approach at the national level” that will include national governments, local governments, and private companies.

The zero draft stated that the new accord is necessary because of “the catastrophic failure of the international community in showing solidarity and equity in response to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.”

In my version of the Garden of Eden one should always be encouraged to eat from the tree of knowledge but should never meddle with the tree of life as that is above the pay grade of ANY human: past, present or future. Our globalist corporations have obviously ignored this warning as GMO farming began/expanded in the early 1990's. None of this makes sense and represents a willful refusal to consider what our collective knowledge (e.g., the tree of knowledge) should be telling us about the harm these substances unleash on the human population. But is goes on unabated because global corporations can profit in the short run.

Then came the Plandemic and the mRNA vaccines the did not prevent infection/transmission but did cause considerable harm and death. Worse yet there is growing evidence that these mRNA injections may actually be modifying our DNA and the consequences are just beginning to be understood. Of course this has all been ignored by globalist corporate media. And over the past year I have read numerous papers about self assembly nanobots within the vaccines and much more. I've yet to write about this subject as, at first, I was a skeptic.
